A brief taster of the 2018 Tasmanian VegInnovation regional workshop.

The information provided here originally comes from a project called 'New product development information for the vegetable industry' but now forms part of the VegInnovations 2018 Regional Roadshow. This project has been funded by Hort Innovation, using the vegetable research and development levy and contributions from the Australian Government. Hort Innovation is the grower owned, not-for-profit research and development corporation for Australian horticulture.

The aim of the project was to help equip Australian vegetable growers and producers with the tools required to innovate and develop new products to maximise the value of their crops.
